Another editorial collage illustration created for Frontier Magazine, produced by Blaze Media.

This artwork depicts the bizarre, circus-like spectacle that unfolded outside the courthouse during Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal trial in May 2025. Rather than focusing on the trial itself, the accompanying article explored the journalists, influencers and attention-seekers who turned the high-profile case into online entertainment, using it to generate clicks, outrage and social media engagement.

From the outset, I felt there was one clear conceptual direction for this piece: to place these personalities front and centre, presented almost like performers on a circus poster. The tent-like stripes are filled with theatrical stars, alongside social media posts and headlines inspired by the online conversation surrounding the trial.

Writer Emilie Hagen is pictured here with the printed article. Many thanks to Peter and Miguel at Frontier Magazine for the opportunity to contribute another piece.
